2. What this website does and does not do

This website is a static site. It has no user accounts, no logins, no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. It does not set cookies and does not use local storage or similar technologies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from a third party.

3. Data processed when you visit

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the server that hosts this website: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system details (user agent). Our hosting provider [HOSTING PROVIDER VERIFY] processes this data on our behalf to deliver the website and keep it secure.

  • Purpose: delivering the website, detecting and preventing abuse, keeping the service stable.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK).

4. When you e-mail us

If you write to one of the addresses on this website, we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it, the content of your message and the time it was sent.

  • Legal basis: steps prior to or performance of a contract where your request concerns one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK).

5. Players from YouTube and Spotify (click-to-load)

Some works can be played in an embedded player. These players are not loaded when the page opens. A player loads only after you click its button. At that moment your browser connects to the provider and transmits at least your IP address and the page address; the provider may set cookies or similar identifiers.

  • YouTube: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (player served from youtube-nocookie.com).

  • Spotify: Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden.

  • Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking the button (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for transfers abroad under KVKK, the mechanism in Art. 9 KVKK [VERIFY]). You can withdraw consent at any time by reloading the page; the player is then no longer loaded.

  • These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA and Türkiye, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies apply.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms are plain links. Nothing is sent to these platforms until you follow a link. After that, the platform’s own privacy policy applies.

7. Transfers abroad

Our hosting provider and e-mail provider may process data outside Türkiye or the EU/EEA [VERIFY]. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism permitted by Art. 44 ff. GDPR and Art. 9 KVKK [VERIFY].

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
